The agreement between User and Indian Institute of Merchant Navy (IIMN) shall be subject to the following terms and conditions:-

1. The User certifies that he/she has the consent of a parent or legal guardian before taking any course from our website https://iimn.in.
2. The content of this Website is for general information and use only. It is subject to change at sole discretion of IIMN without any notice.
3. All prices, unless indicated specially are in Indian Rupees.
4. All prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of IIMN.
5. IIMN reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product, which is listed at an incorrect price or that is purchased with non – applicable coupons. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed or the payment has been levied via credit card. In the event, if the payment has been processed by IIMN, the same shall be credited to User’s credit card account and duly notified to the User through email.
6. In a credit card transaction, User must use his/her own credit card. IIMN will not be liable for any credit card fraud. The liability to use a card fraudulently and the onus to prove otherwise shall be exclusively on the User.
7. Any request for cancellations of orders once duly placed on the site, shall not be entertained.
8. IIMN shall not be liable for any delay/non-delivery of purchased goods (Study materials, Online Tests, any assignments) by the vendors, trade organization/s, manufacturers/shop etc. or in case of act of God such as flood, fire, wars, pandemic or any cause that is beyond the control of IIMN.
9. The User agrees to use the services provided by IIMN through their website https://iimn.in for lawful purposes only.
10. This Website contains material/content/logo/trademark etc. which is exclusively owned by us. Copying, Reproduction and/or unauthorised use of such material/content/logo/trademark etc. is strictly prohibited.
11. Any student enrolled with IIMN must not be involved in any act of piracy. In case the IIMN feels that the student is involved in any act of piracy, he/she may be deregistered from the institute and will be prohibited of using all the services provided by IIMN. The decision of the directors IIMN in this regard will be final and binding on the student/parent. No fee or part of the fee will be refunded in such cases.
12. The User agrees to provide authentic and true information. IIMN reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the User at any point of time. If upon confirmation such User details are found to be flawed/incorrect (wholly or partly), IIMN has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar the User from using https://iimn.in without prior intimation whatsoever.
13. Use of any information or materials on this Website is entirely at user’s own risk, for which we shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever. It shall be user’s own responsibility to ensure that any product(s), service(s), content, material or information available through this Website meet(s) user’s specific requirements.
14. IIMN will not be responsible for any damage suffered by Users from use of the services on this site. The User agrees clearly that the use iimn.in is at the User’s sole risk. 
15. The parents can meet the Directors for any enquiry with prior appointment only.
16. If the cheque is bounced for any reason whatsoever, a fine of 500 (INR) will be charged separately from the student along with the fee installment. This amount will be charged in cash only.
17. It is compulsory/mandatory to provide active e-mail I.D. of the student/ father/guardian. The result of tests , important notifications, updates and/or any other information of the Institute will be sent to the student through email. The Institute shall not be responsible for any information regarding result or anything else not received by the student, if he/she has not given his/her e-mail at the time of admission or any other system discrepencies.
18. It is for the student to see whether he/she is eligible for a certain Entrance Exam or not. IIMN is not responsible if a student’s admission form cannot be forwarded or is rejected by the examination body on any ground whatsoever. Such a student cannot claim a refund of the whole or any part of the fee he/she has paid to the Institute.
19. The responsibility of getting admission form forwarded to the examining body is that of the student himself/herself or that of the Parents/Guardian.
20. Institute reserves the right to use the photograph for publicity in case the student secures position/success in any Entrance Exam.
21. Students enrolled with IIMN must provide softcopy of Admit Card of various Entrance Exams., like IMU-CET / AIMNET or Sponsorship letter of any company as soon as they receive from the concerning body.
22. In case any parent/guardian/student is found misbehaving with any staff member of the Institute, his/her ward can be rusticated and no claim to retain such student will be entertained. The decision of the Director will be final and binding on the student and parents/guardian.
23. IIMN reserves the right to make any alteration in its programs/courses/timing and days of classes without any prior notice to anybody. The decision of the Director will be final & binding on the students and the parents.
24. IIMN contacts the User through email to give notifications on various important updates. Therefore, User holds IIMN non liable to the delivery of such emails.
25. We do not provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this Website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.
26. Unauthorised use of this Website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or legal action against you (civil and criminal) at user’s own cost and expenses.
27. IIMN provides different courses for the preparation of entrance exams but does not give any guarantee for the selection of the user in respective exam. Selection depends on various factors like input provided by the user or Interview performance of the user, which are all not in control of IIMN.
28. Although IIMN tries for providing best quality of its services but still User shall not claim anything, if he/she doesn’t get positive result in any exam/interview.
29. Any dispute arising out of such use of this Website shall be subjected to Saharanpur Jurisdiction only.
